BYRON – A holiday sale will be held on Saturday, Dec. 9 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Byron Forest Preserve.
Many crafters and vendors will fill the lower level of the Jarrett Prairie Center offering hand-crafted items such as natural body care products, baked goods, popcorn, produce, greeting cards, knits, crochets, 18" doll clothes, blankets, bird houses, feeders, fairy artwork, ornaments, custom wood signs, shirts, onesies, pillow cases and more.
Home-based businesses will also be selling their products including Avon, Organo Gold, Tupperware, and Young Living.
Lunch concessions of hot-dogs, hot ham and cheese, bar-b-ques, drinks and desserts will be available from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Santa will also be there from 11 a.m.-1 p.m accepting letters from children. Parents, bring your cameras. Hosted by Byron Farmers' Market Vendors.
