OREGON – The Oregon Park District is offering two new classes this fall by Lana Vaile.
Classes meet Monday-Thursday but you choose the days you would like to attend. The next 4 week session begins on Tuesday, Sept. 5.
Core & More runs from 4:45-5:15 p.m. at Nash Recreation Center.

This class targets the abdominal muscles with 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises which will tone and tighten your abs. There will also be 15 minutes of cardio mixed with toning to build your endurance and sculpt your muscles. Routines and equipment will vary from class to class to create “muscle confusion.” You will never be bored with the variety of Kettlebell, step aerobics, Boot Camp drills and much more that will be incorporated into this new fitness program.
Cost is $25 Resident/$30 Non-Resident (2 days/wk.), $33/$39 (3 days/wk.), or $41/$48 (4 days/wk.).  Drop-ins are welcome for $5/day. 10 visit punch cards are also available $40 Resident/$48 Non-Resident.
Power Yogilates is from 5:15-5:45 p.m. at Nash Recreation Center.
This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We will also crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout. You can become long, lean, and incredibly defined without the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, Power Yogilates is for you.
