STILLMAN VALLEY – Todd Pfab, 53, passed away Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. He was born Aug. 29, 1964 in Rockford, the son of Bob and Nancy (Peters) Pfab.

Todd graduated from Stillman Valley High School in 1982. He attended Kishwaukee Community College for two years. Todd drove a truck for Sjostrom and Sons in Rockford for 10 years. He farmed his entire life but after leaving Sjostrom, he dedicated his life to it. Farming was his true passion and calling. If he wasn’t farming, Todd loved being home, spending time with his family.

Todd is survived by his partner of 27 years and mother of his son, Angie Neal of Stillman Valley; son Jacob Pfab of Stillman Valley; mother, Nancy Pfab of Lindenwood; father, Bob (Doris) Pfab of Davis Junction; grandmother, Norma Peters of Rochelle; mother-in-law, Ginny Neal of Rockford; step-brothers: Jim (Chris) Rush of Davis Junction and Randy (Penny) Rush of Rockford; sister-in-law, Karla (Kari) Neal of Denver, Colo.; aunt, Dawn (Tom) Smith of Rochelle; a niece, Ashley Agnew of Rockford, and many close friends.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Pfab; his grandparents, Adolph and Mary Pfab, and Harold Peters; an uncle, Andrew Peters, and father-in-law, Gene Neal.

Per Todd’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Following organ donation, cremation care was provided by Unger-Horner Funeral Home.
