DAVIS JUNCTION — Alice J. Keller, 75, of Davis Junction passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL.  She was born January 31, 1948, in DeKalb and was the daughter of Walter and Bertha (Riippi) Huhta.

Alice graduated from DeKalb High School in 1966.  She worked in the cost accounting office of Swenson Spreader in Lindenwood, IL. She was an avid reader, loved TV, keeping in touch with friends and spending time with family.

Her survivors include; daughter; Donna Keller of Davis Junction, IL, son; Alex (Mahia) Keller of West Lafayette, IN. Grandchildren; Matias Keller, Kayler Yoxtheimer, Kamee Yoxtheimer. Great grandchild; Isabella Howard. Brother; Harry Huhta and nephews; Hans, Joel and Kirk Huhta.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Daniel, sister Kathleen, sister-in-law Sue and father of children Donnie Keller.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 10:30am at Finch Funeral Home in DeKalb with Pastor Bob Hansen officiating. Burial will be immediately following the service at Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 9:30am until the time of service at the funeral home.
