OREGON – Bernadine Coulter, 90, of Oregon, formerly of Ramsey, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at Oregon Living & Rehab Center, Oregon.
Due to COVID-19 health concerns a Private Graveside Service and Interment was held at 1 p.m.., Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Liberty Cemetery, Bingham, Illinois, with Pastor Harry Kirk, officiating. Born March 13, 1930, in Paw Paw, the daughter of John Riley & Verda Elizabeth (Enbaugh) Hicks. Married Robert Lawrence Coulter on June 8, 1946, in DeKalb. She was a Homemaker and affiliated with Methodist Faith.
Survived by: Sons - Robert Coulter and Mary, Oregon, and William Coulter and Sandra, Athens, Ala.; Daughter - Bridgette Carraher, Belvidere; 10 Grandchildren; 30 Great Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; 2 Brothers; and 3 Sisters.
