Byron Police investigated an accident with no injuries that occurred at the intersection of Rt. 72 and German Church Rd. Involved were Jeffrey Watts, 64 of Oregon, and Terrise Cazy, 59 of Rockford. Watts was issued a citation for Disobeying a Traffic Sign.
Kathleen Eberman, age 44 of Savanna, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.

Jason Whitaker, 49 of Fairfield, OH, was issued a citation for No Proof of Insurance.
Sept. 25
Rebecca Boumgarden, 41 of Stillman Valley, was issued a citation for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Failure to Report Accident to Police Authority.

Christina Saunders, 30 of Beloit, Wisconsin, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.
Israel Carreno, 44 of Oregon, was issued a citation for Operation of Motor Vehicle When Registration is Suspended for Non-Insurance.
Byron Police arrested Adrien Jenkins, 30 of Rockford, for Driving While License is Revoked. Jenkins was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Samantha Dusavage, age 19 of Rockford, was issued a citation for Speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Brandon Eisenberg, 29 of Byron, was issued a citation for No Proof of Insurance.

William Brown, 81 of Stillman Valley, was issued citations for No Proof of Insurance and Improper Backing.

Byron Police arrested Timothy Hilliard, 34 of Byron, for Domestic Battery. Hilliard was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without bond.

Chad McNaughton, 40 of Oregon, was issued a citation for Speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Byron Police arrested Courtney Skala, 29 of Byron, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Skala was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Mary Richards, 76 of Mt. Morris, was issued a citation for Speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Ayden Melahn, 20 of Byron, was issued a citation for Driving While License is Suspended.
