Byron Police arrested Maribeth Hilliard, 29 of Byron, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Hilliard was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Hilliard was also issued a citation for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident Involving Damage to a Vehicle.
Russ Prejna, 60 of Davis Junction, was issued a citation for Speeding 52 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Byron Police arrested Raymond Martinez, 65 of Rock Falls, on an Ogle County warrant, a Whiteside County warrant, and for Driving While License is Suspended. Martinez was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Seth Hill, 30 of Kewanee, was issued a citation for Speeding 42 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Byron Police arrested Kelly Lee, 54 of Byron, for Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to Property. Lee was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without bond.
