Cardinal Community Christmas set for Dec. 3

STILLMAN VALLEY — Stillman Valley’s Cardinal Community Christmas will be held on Dec. 3. A craft and vendor fair will be held at Meridian Junior High School from 2-7 p.m. Santa will arrive by fire truck at 4 p.m. and will be at Ladders of Learning until 7 p.m. Children can give Santa their wish list and get their picture taken with him. Elsa, Anna and Spiderman will be at MJHS from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Horse-drawn carriage rides and hayrides will be offered. A live nativity scene will be at the Brick Center (across from the Junior High), along with carolers and cider donuts.
The annual tree lighting will take place at 5 p.m. beside Stillman Bank. A tree decorating contest is happening again this year. Lions will be serving cookies and warm drinks in the garage by the bank.
Royal Blue and Fritz’s Wooden Nickel will have food and drink specials. Small bonfires with s’mores will be available. Fiona at Shear Madness will be doing holiday nails for the girls. Face painting will also be done at the Junior High. Ladies will be on hand doing hair tinsel.
102.3 will be on hand doing a live remote from the Valley. Be sure and mark your calendar and come join the fun on Sunday, Dec. 3 in Stillman Valley!
