Since 1996 St. Paul Lutheran Church in Oregon has been disbursing interest earned through their endowment fund investments. This year the recipients are Miss Carly's in Rockford, St. Elias Christian Church in Chicago, Come Go with Us (a Christian mission organization in Zambia) and our high school senior scholarship recipients, Levi Eden and Lauren Carlson.
