POLO – Dambman Lawn Mower Hospital in Polo was destroyed by fire on Oct. 15. No one was hurt in the blaze.
Polo Fire Chief Tony Karrow said the call for the fire at the business, located at 605 S. Congress Ave., came in at 10:48 a.m.
Besides Polo, responding departments included those from Stillman Valley, Oregon, Byron, Sterling, Mount Morris and Dixon.
Karrow said it does not appear the fire was intentionally set, but the cause is under investigation.
