Hope Thomes, 52 of Forreston, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County Warrant for Driving 15-20 MPH Over the Limit. Thomes posted the $2,000/10 percent bond and will appear in court on 03/29/19 at 9 a.m.

 At approximately 3:10 p.m., Ogle County Deputies, along with the Forreston Police dept and the Forreston EMS, responded to a disturbance at 8964 N. Adeline Road.  After an investigation, Mark McGinn, 33 of La Porte Indiana, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.  McGinn was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

 At approximately 10:47 p.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop on Illinois Rt. 26 near the intersection of Prairie Dell Rd. After further investigation Raheem Ashley, 19 of Freeport, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Ashley was also cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ashley was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

 At approximately 7:43 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of IL Route 72 and IL Route 26 reference to a two-vehicle accident with three injuries.  After investigation, Deputies learned a 2002 Hyundai driven by 34 year old Jason Marine of Rockford, was traveling southbound on IL Route 26 when a 2015 Jeep driven by 20 year old Paige Gallentine of Shannon, was stopped at the IL Route 72 stop sign intersection and pulled out in front of the Hyundai causing the accident.  Marine and Gallentine were transported to Freeport Memorial Hospital by EMS for minor injuries. Chandra Meier, 30 of Milledgeville was a passenger in the Hyundai and sustained more serious injuries but weren't life threatening.  Meier was transported to Freeport Memorial Hospital by EMS. Gallentine was issued citations for Failure to Yield at Stop Intersection and a citation for Expired Registration. Marine was later arrested at the hospital by Freeport PD for a Stephenson County Warrant. Forreston EMS, Shannon EMS, and Freeport Rural EMS assisted with the accident.

March 4

John B. Wells, 33 of Mt. Morris, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for D.U.I Court Sanctions. Wells has no bond and will appear in court on 03/05/19 at 1 p.m.

At approximately 11:40 a.m. Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 6000 block of South Illinois Route 26. After investigation, Deputies placed John Wells, 33 of Mt Morris, under arrest for Driving While License Revoked. Wells was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

March 2

Marice D. Brown, 45, of Kewanee was arrested by Ogle County Sheriff at 3:56 p.m. on House road and Ridge road. Brown was arrested for two out of county warrants. Brown Has a Failure to Appear Warrant in Stark Co and in Henry Co. Brown currently has no charges for Ogle County.

At 5:08 p.m., Ogle County Deputies responded to the 3000 block of S Daysville Rd reference a crash. During the course of the investigation it was learned that William E Eckles of Mt. Morris, 36, was southbound on Daysville Rd when he left the roadway and crashed. Eckles was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving while license revoked. Eckles was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he remained in lieu of bond.

March 1

The following were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding Warrants:

Rebekah Parker, 35, of Rockford for Computer Fraud. Parker has a bond of $5,000 / 10 percent and will go to court on 03/04/19 at 1 p.m. Parker will remain in the Ogle County Jail.

Jaime Woods, 42, of Dixon for Failure to Appear. Woods has a bond of $826 and will go to court on 03/04/19 at 1 p.m. Woods will remain in the Ogle County Jail.

Doug Carr, 49, of Oregon for Failure to Appear. Carr has a bond of $1,000 and will go to court on 03/04/19 at 1 p.m. Carr will remain in the Ogle County Jail.

Dalton Delhotal, 23, of Dixon for Failure to Appear. Delhotal has a bond of $3156 and will go to court on 03/04/19 at 1 p.m. Delhotal will remain in the Ogle County Jail.

Feb. 28

Christopher Shank, 52 of Winnebago, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for Failure to Appear. Shank posted the $175 full cash bond and was released with no further court dates.

At 11:15 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a one vehicle crash in the 8800 block of N. Main St. in Leaf River. After an investigation, it was determined that Broc Krigbaum, 22 of Leaf River, had driven his vehicle into the ditch. Krigbaum was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Krigbaum was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Gerardo Vidals, 45, of Rochelle was arrested for Operate Uninsured Vehicle. Vidals had a bond of $2,000/10 percent and will go to court on 02/28/19 at 1 p.m. Vidals remains in the Ogle County Jail.

Feb. 27

The following people were arrested on outstanding Ogle County Warrants:

Daeshawn Eubanks, 19 of Aurora, for Resisting a Peace Officer. Eubanks posted the $3,000/10 percent bond and will appear in court on 03/11/19 at 1 p.m.

Crysta Suttles-King, 26 of Rochelle, for Failure to Appear. Suttles-King posted the $255 full cash bond and was released with no further court dates.

At 11:55 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Mulford and Base Line roads. After a short investigation Deputies arrested Kristine Wagner, 49 of Rockford for DUI.  Wagner also received citations for Failure to Signal, Improper Lane Use, No Seat Belt, and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.  Wagner was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
