Sept. 17
At approximately 10:09 p.m., Deputies responded to the report of a Domestic Disturbance in the 13000 block of West White Oak Rd. After further investigation Douglas Turner, 59 of Forreston, was placed under arrest for one count of Domestic Battery and one count of Battery. Turner was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 14,000 block of E. IL Rte. 72. After investigation Deputies placed Saul Valdez, 25 of Davis Junction, under arrest for No Valid Driver's License. Valdez was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
At 2:41 p.m., following a traffic stop at Illinois Rte. 26 and Montague road Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Daniel Nieves, 38 of Shannon, Illinois, for Driving While License Suspended. Nieves was transported to the Ogle County Jail and will appear in court on 09/17/19 at 1:00 PM.
Sept. 16
At 9:03 p.m., following a traffic stop on I39 at mile marker 112 Deputies arrested Michael Mashaw, 36 of Rockford, for Driving While License Suspended. Mashaw was transported to the Ogle County Jail and will appear in court on 10-25-19 at 0900 hours.
At approximately 5:04 p.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop at the White Pines State Park. After further investigation Robert Abbott, 49 of Dixon, was placed under arrest for Driving While License Revoked. Abbott was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
Sept. 15
At approximately 2:30 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on I39, Mile Marker 111, north bound for a registration/license violation. After a brief investigation, Deputies arrested Terra Kirkpatrick, age 39, of Monroe Center for No Valid Driver's License. Terra was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Sept. 14
At 9:44 p.m., Ogle County Sheriffs Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 5000 block of East Flagg Rd for Speeding. Upon further investigation it was determined the driver, Crystal Perez, 21 of Rochelle, was driving on a suspended driver’s license. Crystal was arrested for Driving While License Suspended. Perez was also cited for Speeding and transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
Sept. 13
At approximately 7:25 am, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block E. IL Rte 72 for a Registration Violation. After a brief investigation, Deputies arrested Deanna R. Nelson, 34, of Davis Junction for Driving While License Suspended. Deanna was then transported to the Ogle County Jail and Held in lieu of bond.
Nathan Clayton was arrested for a Failure to Appear Warrant. Clayton had a bond of $96, and he did post bond. Clayton was released from the Ogle County Jail, and does not have to return for court.
