Ogle County Sheriff’s Report: May 15-18, 2023

OREGON — On May 15 at 3:51 a.m. deputies were notified of a car in the ditch at South Garnhart Road just south of East Illinois Route 64. After investigation, Daniel Enriquez, 42, of Belvidere, was placed under arrest for driving while license revoked. Enriquez was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

On May 16 at approximately 9:19 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 8,000 block of North River Road. After a brief investigation, Adam Nambo, 42, of Rockford, was placed under arrest for no valid driver's license. Nambo was also cited for suspended registration/non-Insured and released on scene with a return court date.

On May 16 at approximately 6:12 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3,000 block of South Illinois Route 251. After a brief investigation, Joseph Willis, 40, of Rochelle, was arrested for driving while license suspended. Willis was released on a $2,500 individual bond with a return court date. Willis was also issued a citation for no front registration.

On May 17 at 7:40 p.m. deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in the 10,000 block of West Illinois Route 64. As a result, Brenden M. Harms, 20, of Polo, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Harms was transported to the Ogle County Jail in lieu of bond.

On May 18 at 5:58 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 8,000 block of East Flagg Road. After investigation, Corey Shugart, 47, of Prophetstown, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Shugart was released on an individual bond with a return court date set.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
