At 3 p.m., Oregon Police issued Elizabeth A. Cuniff, 53, Winnebago, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 300 block of N. 4th Street.
April 12
At 9:16 a.m., Oregon Police took one 15-year-old male juvenile of Oregon into limited custody for the offense of possessing an alternative nicotine product. The juvenile was released back into the high school’s custody with a referral to the State’s Attorney’s Office with a request for a petition for juvenile delinquency.
At 4:30 p.m., Oregon Police took one 15-year-old male juvenile of Oregon into limited custody for the offense of theft. The juvenile was released back into his parent’s custody with a referral to the State’s Attorney’s Office with a request for a petition for juvenile delinquency.
April 14
At 3 p.m., Oregon Police was dispatched to a disturbance at the Snyder Drug Store, located at 201 N. 4th Street, resulting in the arrest of Haylie M. Stier, 26, Oregon, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for obstructing a peace officer. Stier was transported to the Ogle County jail where she was charged with obstructing a peace officer. Stier was also issued a city citation for unlawful consumption of alcohol in a public place.
At 11:27 p.m., Oregon Police issued Joel M. Grimley, 34, of Naperville, a citation for driver’s license not on person. This violation occurred in the 700 block of S. 8th Street.
