At 7:58 a.m., Oregon Police issued Landon S. Lazansky, 17, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust. This violation occurred at the intersection of 9th and Jefferson Streets.
At 10:26 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Dustin W. Warner, 32, Oregon, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for narcotic equipment possession. Warner was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 12:58 p.m., Oregon Police took a report of a hit and run that had occurred in the 500 block of Jefferson Street where a parked 2014 Jeep belonging to Alan W. Cargerman, 74, Oregon, was struck by an unknown vehicle between the hours of 8:40 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. If anyone knows who may have struck this vehicle, please contact the Oregon Police Department at 815-732-2162.
At 2:33 p.m., Oregon Police issued Linnea C. Vogl, 57, Oregon, a citation for speeding, 47 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. Daysville Road.

At 4:34 p.m., Oregon Police issued Andrea E. Leather, 48, Monroe Center, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred at the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets.
Oct. 31
At 4:25 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a one-car traffic crash in the 1400 block of West Pines Road involving a 2015 Chevrolet driven by David A. Bentley, 67, of Kalona, IA. One citation was issued to Bentley for improper lane usage.
Nov. 1
At 5 p.m., following an investigation into a report of a vehicle passing a school bus while loading / unloading that occurred on 10/31/19 at 2:45 p.m., in the 100 block of S. 10th Street, the Oregon Police met with Olivia L. Mongan, 18, Dixon, to issue her a citation for this violation.
Nov. 2
At 9:03 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Morgan L. Burmeister, 23, Sterling, for driving while license suspended. Burmeister was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
Nov. 3
At 9:35 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a car vs deer traffic crash in the 1000 block of S. IL Route 2 involving a 2012 Toyota driven by Marjorie A. Glaser, 68, Oregon. No citations were issued.
At 3:03 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Elena R. Swartz, 43, Rockford, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Swartz was transported to the Ogle County jail.
