At 6:31 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Sabrina N. Harvey-Lerma, 25, Rockford, for improper container. Harvey-Lerma was also issued a citation for operation of a vehicle with an expired registration sticker. Harvey-Lerma was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:31 p.m., Oregon Police responded to the 200 block of Nohe Avenue for an unwanted subject call that resulted in the arrest of Richard L. Gallagher, 37, Oregon, for criminal trespass to real property. Gallagher was transported to the Ogle County jail.
June 23
At 1:04 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Christina G. Jordan, 42, Oregon, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. Jordan was also charged with improper container. Jordan was transported to the Ogle County Jail. These violations occurred in the 500 block of Madison Street.
At 4:36 a.m., Oregon Police issued Omar Rodriguez-Mendiola, 41, Rockford, a citation for speeding, 43mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 1:37 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Stephen M. Dexter, 26, Dixon, on an outstanding Lee County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense. Dexter was transported to the Ogle County Jail.

At 4:59 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot of Ace Hardware/Snyder Pharmacy, 201 N. 4th Street, involving a 2003 Chevrolet driven by Sherry R. Deliso, 70, Oregon, and a parked 2019 Ford belonging to Force Electric Tech, LLC, Oregon. No citations were issued.
At 7:19 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Robert M. Disch, 50, Oregon, for class 4 felony of driving while license revoked. Disch was also issued citations for operating a vehicle with an expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and illegal transportation of alcohol as a driver. Disch was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred at the intersection of 10th and Webster Streets.

At 7:09 p.m., Oregon Police issued Chase A. Beitel, 18, Byron, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 700 block of N. 4th Street.

At 10:45 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a 911 call in the 400 block of S. 3rd Street, resulting in issuing Tammy L. Phelps, 51, Machesney Park, a city citation for violating the municipal code for public urination.

At 6:20 p.m., Oregon Police issued Ashley N. Borgen, 25, Oregon, a citation for driving while license suspended. Borgen was released on an I-Bond with a return court date. This violation occurred near the Pines Road and 10th Street intersection.
At 8:22 p.m., Oregon Police issued Sarah A. Brush, 26, Loves Park, citations for driving a vehicle with the window tint darker than 30% and possessing an improper container of cannabis as a driver. The passenger in the vehicle, Angel M. Sinkiawic, 23, Machesney Park, was also issued a citation for possessing an improper container of cannabis as a passenger. Both Brush and Sinkiawic were released on an I-Bond with a return court date. These violations occurred in the 100 block of N. River Road.
July 1
At 5:30 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a one-vehicle traffic crash at 19 S. Daysville Road resulting in the arrest of Shanice D. Noblin, 28, Rockford, for aggravated driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a stolen vehicle, improper container of cannabis as a driver, and cited for no valid driver’s license. There were no injuries. Noblin was transported to the Ogle County jail.
July 2
At 1:52 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 300 block of W. Washington Street resulting in the arrest of Andrew D. Rutherford, 27, Oregon, for criminal damage to property. Rutherford was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 4:41 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a one-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot of the River Side Liquor Store, located at 200 E. Washington Street, involving a 2009 Ford Motor Home driven by Jarrell R. Wilson, 31, DeKalb. No citations were issued. Wilson was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear. Wilson was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 10:11 p.m., Oregon Police issued Barbara J. Ingram, 19, Rockford, for speeding, 47mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 400 block of N. 4th Street.
July 3
At 3:31 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Brendan M. Connor, 29, of LaGrange, IL, on an outstanding Cook County warrant. Connor was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 8:34 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Kassondra A. Bruder, 25, Polo, for driving while license suspended. Bruder was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bruder was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 800 block of W. Pines Road.
At 11:32 p.m., Oregon Police issued Olivia J. Chavez, 17, Mt. Morris, citations for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 500 block of W. Washington Street.

At 6:38 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Michael C. Cover, 27, Rockford, for driving while license suspended and possessing an improper container of cannabis as a driver. Cover was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of River Road.

At 12:50 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a noise complaint at 504 S. 9th Street resulting in issuing a city citation for violating the noise ordinance to Jacy D. Bradley, 46, Oregon.

At 12:51 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Andrew T. Swift, 34, Mt. Morris, for driving while license suspended. Swift was also issued a citation for operation of a motor vehicle when registration is suspended for non-insurance. Swift was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 5th Street.
