DAYSVILLE – Randy L. Stone, 65, lifelong Oregon/Daysville resident, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019 in his home. Born July 1, 1954 in Dixon, the son of LeRoy and Bettie (Lowry) Stone.
He was a 1973 graduate of Oregon High School. Randy worked at E.D. Etnyre and then for over 30 years at Wood Bros. Manufacturing. He enjoyed 4-wheeling and boating.
Survived by his sons: Flint Stone of Daysville, Chad Stone of Chana and Sammy Stone of Waterman; daughter, Lily Stone of Waterman; grandson, Corey Stone; brother, Rocky (Carol Richards) Stone of Chana; sister, Cindy Drumheller of Honeycreek; mother of his older sons, Sharla Stone; and the mother of his younger children, Jennifer Gray-Holman.
Predeceased by his parents and brother-in-law, Don Drumheller.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9 in Daysville Cemetery, Oregon, with Pastor Josh Ehrler of Trinity Lutheran Church, Mt. Morris officiating. No visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family. Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
