Robison named new athletic/activities director at SVHS

Meridian CUSD 223 is expected to announce Mr. Henry Robison as the new athletic/activities director at Stillman Valley High School starting July 1.

STILLMAN VALLEY — Meridian CUSD 223 is expected to announce Mr. Henry Robison as the new athletic/activities director at Stillman Valley High School starting July 1. Robison served as assistant AD at Rockford Lutheran High School for one year, while moving to athletic/activities director at Rockford Lutheran for two years. He has served as a career planning teacher at Belvidere High School the past two years. Robison has a passion for providing the best high school experience for students and was looking to get back to the role of AD in order to have a positive impact on extracurricular activities for students.

"I am so pleased to welcome Henry to our Cardinal family. Henry has a true passion for the high school experience, with athletics and activities being at his forefront. Henry will serve the community well and I am excited to see him continue the rich traditions at Stillman Valley High School." 

Henry and his wife, Jordan, are expecting their first child in August. 

Mrs. Heather Alderks will continue to serve in the Meridian School District as the director of safety and operations. In that position she will lead and support the following departments:  athletics, transportation, buildings and grounds, health service and food service. The district thanked her for her six years of service in the athletic/activities director role.
