DAVIS JUNCTION –Steven J. Oslund, age 64, passed away at home on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018. He was born in Rockford on May 25, 1954 the son of Laverne and Joan (Guth) Oslund.
Steven married Pam Aughenbaugh on Dec. 20, 1971. He worked as an assembly technician for over 30 years for Sundstrand in Rockford. After he retired, he loved to farm. He was a member of the Eagles Club in Rockford and in his spare time enjoyed hunting, and fishing. He was also a fan of drag racing and enjoyed going to the races with his wife.
Steven is survived by his wife, Pam of Davis Junction; father, Laverne Oslund of Davis Junction; daughter, Tracy (Tadd) Johnson of Davis Junction; granddaughters, Alyssa (Alex) O’Dell of Davis Junction, Sydney Johnson of Davis Junction, and Bailey (Jacob) Farbo of Oceanside, Calif.; sister, Karen Clayton of Rockford; and nieces and nephew, Cindy Clayton, Mike (Babette) Clayton, and Sandy (Kevin) Aughenbaugh.
He is preceded in death by his mother and brother, Jeffrey.
