Byron Police arrested Nicholas Toops, 32 of Byron, for Disorderly Conduct. Toops was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Debbie Tripp, 58 of Rockford, was issued citations for Driving While License is Suspended and No Proof of Insurance.
Byron Police arrested a 15-year-old female of Byron, for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. The juvenile was released to her parent and must appear in court on 08/27/18.
Byron Police arrested Cheyenne Owens, 21 of Byron, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Owens was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Owens was also issued a citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol When BAC is >.08.
Byron Police arrested Cody Womack, 26 of Rockford for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer, Driving While License is Revoked, Speeding 50 mph in a 30 mph Zone, and Failure to Stop at Stop Signs. Womack was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
