BYRON — Byron High School varsity basketball players Macy Groharing and Malia Morton have each surpassed 1,000 career points during the 2024-25 season.
Groharing went over 1,000 points during Byron’s win over Pearl City on Nov. 26, 2024 and Morton went over 1,000 points when Byron defeated Johnsburg on Monday, Feb. 17, 2025. The Lady Tigers are currently in the IHSA 2A Regional Finals and hold a 30-2 overall record this season.
