LENA — The Byron High School varsity girls golf team shot a 367 to win the IHSA 1A Regional at Wolf Hollow on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
Gina Baker finished fourth with an 87, while Alayna Brandt took sixth with an 89 to lead the Tigers in the tournament. Jaden Palzkill fired a 95 and Sophia Cross added a 96. Byron qualified for the IHSA 1A Sectional, which will be held at PrairieView on Monday, Oct. 7.
