STILLMAN VALLEY — Northern Illinois CPR & First Aid graciously honored Meridian CUSD 223 teachers by inviting community members to nominate teachers. This initiative underscores Northern Illinois CPR & First Aid commitment to invest in those who shape the future — our teachers.

As a company dedicated to saving lives, Northern Illinois CPR & First Aid recognizes the vital role that educators play in ensuring the well-being of students and families. By offering financial support, the organization aims to alleviate some of the personal expenses teachers often incur for classroom supplies, technology, and other essential materials.

“Our educators go above and beyond to provide quality learning experiences for our children, often using their own money to do so,” Zach Oltmanns, owner of Northern Illinois CPR & First Aid, said. “We believe in giving back to those who make a lasting impact on the next generation, and who better to determine where support is needed than the community itself?”

Cali Carl, Courtney Jones, and Jen Tompkins received the funds based upon community nominations. Each one was surprised and deeply honored to be recognized for their part in the overall excellence of Meridian CUSD 223.
