Oct. 29
At approximately 11:14 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 3,000 block of S. Freeport Road. After investigation Deputies placed Pierre Jackson, 31 of Green Bay, Wisconsin under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Jackson was additionally issued a citation for speeding. Jackson was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
The following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County Warrants:
Deonte Y House, 32 of Chicago for Driving While License Suspended with a $5,000 10 percent bond. House was released on a Recognizance Bond and will appear in court ont 11/13/18 at 9 a.m.
Stanley A Szydelko, 45 of Dixon for Deceptive Practices with a $7,500 10 percent bond. Szydelko was released on a Recognizance Bond and will appear in court on 11/13/18 at 9 a.m.
Montrell T Taylor, 19 of Plano for Forgery with a $5,000 10 percent bond. Taylor remains in the Ogle County Jail and will appear in court on 10-31-18 at 1:30 p.m.
Oct. 28
At approximately 9:35 p.m., Deputies checked on a vehicle parked in the 600 block of West Flag Rd. After further investigation Reinaldo Godines, 45 of Des Plaines was placed under arrest for Felony Driving While License Suspended. Godines was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
Oct. 27
At approximately 6:18 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies investigated a Domestic Battery complaint, which occurred in the early morning hours of 10/27/2018 at 2750 N Indian Heights Drive. On 10/29/2018 a follow up investigation was conducted by Ogle County Deputies. Following that investigation Brian Rosenbalm, 37 of Leaf River, was placed under arrest for Domestic Battery. Rosenbalm was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he is pending a court appearance in front of a Judge.
The following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County Warrants
Anthony McMinn, 52 of Creston for Failure to Appear. McMinn did not post the $195 bond and remains in the Ogle County Jail. Mcminn will appear in court on 10-29-18 at 1 p.m.
Lizandro Capellan, 37 of Rockford for Domestic Battery. Capellan did not post the $10,000 10 percent bond and remains in the Ogle County Jail. Capellan will appear in court on 11-01-18 at 1 p.m.
Brian Boyland, 39 of Rockford for Domestic Battery Warrant. Boyland did not post the $3,000 10 percent bond and remains in the Ogle County Jail. Boyland will appear in court on 11-01-18 at 1 p.m.
Oct. 26
At 9:15 p.m., following a traffic stop at IL 251 and Dutch road, Deputies arrested Lu Reh, 22 of Rockford for driving without a valid driver's license. He also received a citation for speeding. Reh was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
At approximately 11:06 p.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop on Illinois Rt. 64 near the intersection of Garnhart Rd. After further investigation Terry Jones, 42 of Houston, Texas was placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Jones was also cited for Speeding and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Jones was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
Oct. 25
Ogle County Deputies responded to 806 South Main Street in Leaf River in reference to a male subject with a valid arrest warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order with a $10,000 10 percent bond. Deputies made contact with Joshua S McQuality 41 of Leaf River and took him into custody on the outstanding arrest warrant. McQuality was also charged with Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer. McQuality was released to Jail personnel where he was held in lieu of bond.
At approximately 1:52 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 4,000 block of North Leaf River Road. After investigation Deputies placed the driver, Christopher Evans, 29 of Dixon, under arrest for a Failure to Appear Ogle County warrant for Criminal Trespass, a FTA Lee County warrant, and Violation of the Hypodermic Syringe and Needle Act. Evans was also issued a citation for No Front Registration Plate. The passenger, Adam Koehler, 35 of Dixon, was also placed under arrest for a FTA Lee County warrant. Evans and Koehler were both transported to the Ogle County Jail where they were held in lieu of bond.
The following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County Warrants:
Franklyn X Hopson, 33 of Aurora for Driving Under the Influence. Hopson did not post the $5,000 10 percent bond and remains in the Ogle County Jail. Hopson will appear in court on 10-26-18 at 1 p.m.
Christopher S Evans, 29 of Dixon for Failure to Appear with a Full Cash Bond of $603. Evans will appear in court on 10-26-18 at 1 p.m.
