The following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County Warrants:
Marcus Gaines, 23, of Dekalb for Failure to Appear. Gaines has a bond of $8,288.00 Full Cash Bond. Gaines could not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Gaines will return to court on 11/06/18 at 1 p.m.
Rickey Graff, 49, of Freeport for Failure to Appear. Graff has a bond of $1,687.00 Full Cash Bond. Graff could not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Graff will return to court on 11/06/18 at 1 p.m.
Melvin Gray, 46, of Dekalb for Failure to Appear. Gray has a bond of $3,344.00 Full Cash Bond. Gray could not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Gray will return to court on 11/06/18 at 1 p.m.
Robert Maclin, age 46, of Rockford for Two Failure to Appears. Maclin has a bond of $618 and $594 Full Cash Bond. Maclin could not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Maclin will return to court on 11/06/18 at 1 p.m.
Kayana Alexander, 38, of Freeport for Failure to Appear. Alexander has a bond of $619.00 Full Cash Bond. Alexander could not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Alexander will return to court on 11/06/18 at 1 p.m
Julius Clark, 25, of Waukegan for a Speeding Warrant. Clark has a bond of $3,000.00/10 percent. Clark could not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. Clark will return to court on 11/06/18 at 1 p.m.
Nov. 4
At 7:10 p.m, Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies observed a motor vehicle with it's hazard lights activated in the 6000 block of W Rt 64. After an investigation Kolby Morningstar, 19 of Dekalb was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protectino. Morningstar was transported to the Ogle Couny Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
At approximately 7:08 a.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 6000 block of N. Route 2. After an investigation, Garrett Stringer, 20 of Sterling, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. Stringer was subsequently released on an I-Bond after additionally being cited for Speeding and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol.
Nov. 3
At approximately 6:46 p.m., Ogle County Deputies, Oregon Police Department, Oregon EMS and Mt Morris Fire Department responded to a single vehicle roll over accident in the 1700 block of West Pines Road. After an investigation it was learned that Robert A Meier, 69 of Polo, swerved to miss a deer. His vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. Meier was transported to KSB Hospital by Oregon EMS for non-life-threatening injuries. Meier was cited for Improper Lane Usage and No Insurance.
Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to S Daysville Rd and Lowden Rd reference a two vehicle crash with airbag deployment. It was determined that Shaun Repplinger, 24 of Hawthorn Woods was approaching Daysville Rd on Lowden and failed to stop. Repplinger hit a vehicle traveling southbound on Daysville Rd driven by Alexander Gall, 60 of Oregon, causing both vehicles to leave the roadway and land in the east ditch. Gall and his passenger Catherine Gall, 56 of Oregon, were transported to Swedish American hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Repplinger was cited for disobeyed stop sign and transported to Rochelle Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County Warrants:
Shakeda L Jackson, 21 of Rochelle for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Jackson posted the $2,000 10 percent bond and will appear in court on 11-30-18 at 9 a.m.
Kevin M Wiegand, 47 of Davis Junction for No Valid Registration. Wiegand posted the $2,000 10 percent bond and will appear in court on 11-30-18 at 9 a.m.

At 8:36 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies responded to 8255 N Mill Rd for a report of a disturbance. After an investigation Deputies arrested Jack A Quillin, age 57 of Leaf River for Domestic Battery. Quillin was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
The following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County Warrants:
Tyler M Burnett, 27 of Rockford for Driving Under the Influence witha $5,000 10 percent bond. Burnett was released on a Recognizance Bond and will appear in court on 11-13-18 at 9 a.m.
Jorge D Gallardo-Ruiz, 38 of Davis Junction for Failure to Appear with a $382 Full Cash Bond. Gallardo-Ruiz posted $275 and was released. He will appear in court on11-26-18 at 9 a.m.
Jamie G Hunt, 44 of Rockford for Failure to Appear. Hunt posted the $330 Full Cash Bond and was released with no further court date needed.
Kimberly M Rice, 30 of Somonauk for Use/Sale/Delivery of an Intoxicating Compound with a $10,000 10 percent bond. Rice remains in the Ogle County Jail and will appear in court on 11-05-18 at 1 p.m.
Joshua S Vogt, 44 of Rochelle for Failure to Appear with a Full Cash Bond of $1,724. Vogt was released on a Recognizance Bond after posting $150. Vogt will appear in court on 11-26-18 at 9 a.m.
Nov. 1
Jacqlyn Newton, 24, of Rockford was arrested for Failure to Appear. Newton had a bond of $264. Newton was given a bond for $40 after going to court. Newton posted the $40 and was released from the Ogle County jail. Newton will return to court on 11/26/18 at 9 a.m.
Vincent Crum, 27, of Prophestown was arrested for Failure to Appear. Crum had a bond of $265. Crum recieved a recog of $265 and was released from the Ogle County jail.
At 1:41 p.m., Deputies along with members of the Rochelle Police Dept. responded to the Hillcrest Casey's General Store for a report of a gas drive off. After a short investigation Deputies located and arrested Donald Halicek, 41 of Harrison MI for Theft under 300 dollars and driving while license revoked. Halicek also received citations for improper display of registration and no valid registration. Halicek's passenger Kevin Egbert-Gray 26 of Harrison MI was arrested on charges of Theft under 300 and unlawful possession of weapons as a felon. Both men were transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Oct. 31
On the early morning hours of Oct. 30, Detectives with the Dixon Police Department and the Ogle County Sheriff's Office responded to a Rockford hospital where a five-month-old infant was being treated for suspected abuse. It was determined the abuse occurred in rural Mount Morris and Detectives learned the infant had fractured ribs, arms, legs and wrist bones. The infant also sustained a skull fracture, cranial bleeding and a collapsed lung. On Oct. 31 at approx. midnight, Officers with the Dixon Police Department located and took into custody Shane D. Wilson, 19 of Mount Morris, for outstanding Ogle County arrest warrants and transported him to the Ogle County Jail. On Nov. 1 at approx. 12:45 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Detectives arrested Wilson for Aggravated Battery to a Child, a class X Felony. Wilson appeared in court on 11/2/18 where his bond was set at $500,000, 10 percent applies.
