OREGON — The 2025 Recipient of the Daddo Project’s William (Bill) Hinkle Scholarship is Riley Jamieson, a graduating senior at Oregon High School in Oregon. Riley is attending Illinois State University pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a goal of working with social service organizations.

The scholarship recognizes a graduating senior from a rurally located high school who is committed to pursuing a career in special education, social services and/or working with individuals with physical or learning disabilities. It is named in honor of life-long Ogle County resident Bill Hinkle, who dedicated his career to serving others.

It is part of the Daddo Project, a nonprofit with the mission of building communities of kindness, caring and inclusion-one act of service at a time. thedaddoproject.com
