At 6:25 a.m., Oregon Police issued Ronald J. Pleskovitch, 44, Rock Falls, a citation for speeding, 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred near the intersection of North 4th and Fair Streets.
At 8:23 a.m., Oregon Police issued Malisa L. Rogers, 44, Rockford, a citation for speeding, 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 500 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:56 a.m., Oregon Police issued Jaime Dominguez, 46, Oregon, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the Washington and 3rd Street intersection.
At 4:49 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Ashley M. Beck, 34, Rock Falls, IL, for driving while license suspended. Beck was also issued a citation for unsafe equipment. Beck was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:48 p.m., Oregon Police conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of S. 4th Street, resulting in issuing a citation to Trevon R. Williams, 18, Rockford, for improper towing of a vehicle, and issuing a citation to Terrance D. Simon, 18, Rockford, for riding in a towed vehicle.
Oct. 15
At 10 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Bryan A. Paradis, 24, Oregon, for driving while license revoked. Paradis was also issued a citation for operating a vehicle with a loud muffler. Paradis was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of Madison Street.
At 4:44 p.m., Oregon Police issued Andrew T. Baatz, 33, Oregon, a citation for speeding, 42mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
Oct. 16
At 7:23 p.m., Oregon Police issued Katherine L. McCarey, 52, Byron, a citation for speeding, 47 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 7:06 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Heather L. Heathcott, 38, Mt. Morris, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Heathcott was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 8:14 p.m., Oregon Police issued Joshua B. Schrader, 27, Sterling, a citation for speeding, 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 8:38 p.m., Oregon Police issued Crystal J. Kenney, 23, Amboy, a citation for speeding, 42 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
Oct. 17
At 3:52 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 700 block of Worth Street involving a 2002 Ford driven by Alexis D. Cantrell, ag20, and a parked 1994 Plymouth belonging to Tonya M. Jenkins, age 38, Oregon. No citations were issued.
Oct. 18
At 3:30 p.m., Oregon Police took a traffic crash report that had occurred on 10/17/19 in the 200 block of Madison Street at approximately 6:30 p.m. involving a 2019 Hyundai driven by Michael A. Ahlgrim, 75, of Nicholasville, KY, and a parked 2003 Ford owned by Caleb A. Reinke, 18, Oregon. No citations were issued.
At 9:31 p.m., Oregon Police issued Landon Brisco-Marquis, 43, of Milwaukee, WI, a citation for speeding, 42mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
Oct. 19
At 1:32 a.m., Oregon Police issued Taylor R. Young, 21, Oregon, a citation for no valid driver’s license. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. Daysville Road.
At 4:34 p.m., Oregon Police issued Justin D. Greer, 31, of Kewanee, IL, citations for improper lane usage, operating a vehicle with an expired registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.

At 4:03 p.m., Oregon Police issued Dakota R. Cantu, 19, of Galt, IL, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 1:43 p.m., Oregon Police issued Nicholas M.J. Toft, 28, Freeport, a citation for operating a vehicle with a loud exhaust/muffler. This violation occurred at the intersection of 9th and Washington Streets.
