At 7:23 p.m., Oregon Police issued Shaun W. Blake, 17, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred on Hawk Drive at Park West.
Aug. 2
At 11:04 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot of the Shell gas station, 201 S. 4th Street, involving a 1995 Chevrolet driven by Quintin M. Blunt, 16, Polo, and a 2004 Chevrolet driven by Michelle L. Dotter, age 44, Mt. Morris. No citations were issued.
Aug. 3
At 12:31 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Holly C. Phillips, 24, Oregon, for driving while license suspended. Phillips was issued an I-Bond and is scheduled to appear in court. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
Aug. 5
At 10:57 p.m., Oregon Police issued Madelyn A. Krischke, 18, of Machesney Park, a citation for speeding, 40 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the Pines Road and S. 4th Street intersection.
Aug. 6
At 11:30 a.m., Oregon Police responded to the 1500 block of East IL Route 64 for a one vehicle traffic crash where an item fell from a trailer being hauled by an unknown vehicle and struck a 2020 Honda being driven by Stephanie M. Tressel, 24, Dixon. No citations were issued.
At 6:12 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Blake A. Britsch, 20, Belvidere, for driving while license suspended. Britsch was also issued a citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Britsch was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
Aug. 7
At 6:27 p.m., Oregon Police issued Haley J. Rees, 18, Dixon, citations for speeding, 52 mph in a 30 mph zone and improper cannabis container as a driver. A passenger in Rees’ vehicle, was also issued a citation for improper cannabis container as a passenger. These violations occurred in the 700 block of N. 4th Street.
Aug. 8
At 7:23 p.m., Oregon Police issued Amanda L. Hayes, 36, Oregon, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
