Phyllis Kump Richardson Brown, born October 1943, died April 23, 2025. She is survived by her daughter, Penny Richardson of Texas, her granddaughter and three great grandchildren, two brothers Dennis and Darrell Kump, Many nieces and nephews and faithful companion GiGi.
She was predeceased by ex-husband's three sons and parents, and 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother and friend to everyone.
