On March 5, the Polo Lions Club held Farmers Night. The speaker that night was Jay Kempel, the general manager of Stephenson Service Company. The Lions Club asked their speakers what charity or organization they would like the club to donate to. Jay said he would like the donation to be made to the Polo FFA. Jay came down on Wednesday, May 22 to make the donation. He is seen in the middle presenting the $500 donation to FFA Instructor Alex Wetzell.
