REPORT: Matthew Rey Martinez, 23, Forreston, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Possession of Cannabis 10gm and under and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Martinez was transported to the Ogle County jail.
