Polo – Michael LeeRoy Otten, 59, of Polo, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019. Mike was born May 29, 1959 to Frank and Lela Otten in Oregon.
He grew up and lived for many years in the Oregon area. His greatest accomplishments were his three beautiful children, Michael, Whitney, and Tiffany. He was a lover of animals and being outdoors.
He is survived by his father Frank Otten of Oregon; his children Michael Otten of Rockford, Whitney (Michael Kahly) Near of Mount Morris, and Tiffany Otten of Polo; Four grandchildren Noah and Aaliyah (Mount Morris) and Jayden and Elizabeth (Polo); his siblings Candy (Bob) Sandova of Texas, Neal Otten of Oregon, Donald (Connie) Otten of Indiana, Kenny (Gina) Otten of Oregon, Steven Otten of Oregon, Randy (Jodi) Otten of Oregon; Life-long friend and partner Lynn Watson of Ohio. Shadow and Sissy (his fur babies) will miss him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his beloved mother Lela and his furry companion Petey.
