Byron Police investigated an accident with no injuries that occurred in the 200 block of E. Blackhawk. Involved were Brent Noble, 54 of Forreston, Dustin Dockins, 39 of Byron, and Frank Allitto, 56 of W. Dundee. Noble was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

Robert Betz, 50 of Leaf River, was issued a citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle When Registration Suspended for No Insurance.

Mark Micka, 61 of Rockton, was issued a citation for Speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Byron Police arrested Eric Post, 26 of Byron, for Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint, and Criminal Damage to Property. Post was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
July 13 Byron Police arrested Alana Rowland, 19 of Byron, for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. Rowland was released and must appear in court on 08/26/19.

Byron Police arrested Jared Romine, 33 of Rockford, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Romine was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Byron Police arrested Nicholas Rodriguez, 34 of Byron, for Violation of an Order of Protection and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Rodriguez was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Heather Hatch, 41 of Oregon, was issued a citation for Speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph Zone.

Byron Police arrested Kody Mazzari, 23 of Byron, for Aggravated Domestic Battery. Mazzari was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held without bond.

Britni Schultz, 27 of Dixon, was issued a citation for Speeding 46 mph in a 30 mph Zone.
Theodore Nelson, 36 of Rockford, was issued a citation for Speeding 78 mph in a 55 mph Zone.

Byron Police investigated an accident with no injuries that occurred at the intersection of N. Walnut and W. 3rd. Involved were Nicole Bousum, 34 of Byron, and Jessica Miller, 30 of Mt. Morris. Bousum was issued a citation for Disobeying a Traffic Sign.

Byron Police investigated an accident with injuries that occurred at the intersection of Colfax and Blackhawk. Involved were Evan Clark, 38 of Sterling, and Blanca Sauerbrei, 39 of Rockford. Clark was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
Jacob Bieber, 27 of Oregon, was issued citations for Expired Registration and No Proof of Insurance.

Valentino Montgomery, 42 of Rockford, was issued a citation for Expired Registration.
July 28
Byron Police arrested Kedrick Davis, 23 of Rockford, on a Rockford warrant. Davis was also issued citations for Speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph Zone, Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Davis was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Tamara Cardona, 34 of Footville, Wis., was issued citations for Expired Registration, No Proof of Insurance, and Failure to Transfer Registration Upon Transfer of Ownership.

David Black, 53 of Caledonia, was issued a citation for Disobeying a Traffic Sign.
Byron Police arrested Amber Jordan, 35 of Oregon, on a Whiteside County warrant. Jordan was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
