Hands-on baking class in November

OREGON – The Oregon Park District has teamed up with Barb Noble, The Noble Cakery to offer a fun hands-on dessert creation experience. 

This is the perfect class for those who love to be in the kitchen and love to try new recipes and create desserts. 

Looking for an alternative from the traditional pumpkin pie? This cranberry tart will be a beautiful addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner table. 

Baking with Barb Noble from the Noble Cakery will be fun and as a professional with a decorating business, she has many baking tips and tricks to share with you to create the perfect desserts. 

The Gourmet Cranberry Tart class will be held on Friday, Nov. 22 at The Noble Cakery inside Conover Square, Oregon. Noble will teach you how to create a unique, gourmet dessert in a tart pan just in time for Thanksgiving. 

Learn to make a delicious speculoos cookie crust paired with a smooth tart cranberry curd. Take home your fresh tart for friends and family to try and the recipe to make this dessert again for your holiday table. Class fee includes a tart pan with removable bottom, valued at $15. Class will be from 5:30-7 p.m. and is limited to eight participants.
