The following people were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:

Sandra Frazier, 25 of Rock Falls, for Failure to Appear. Frazier has a bond of $419 full cash and will appear in court on 02/13/19 at 1 p.m.

Kimberly Young, 53 of Rockford, for Delivery of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $25,000/10, Domestic Battery with a bond of $10,000/10, and Failure to Appear with a bond of $3,800 full cash. Young will appear in court on 02/13/19 at 1 p.m.

Brian Boyland, 39 of Chicago, for Motion to Increase or Alter Conditions of Bail. Boyland has a bond of $5,000/10 percent and will appear in court on 02/13/19 at 1 p.m.

Tobi Flippo, 40 of Byron, for Failure to appear. Flippo has a bond of $746.26 full cash and will appear in court on 02/13/19 at 1 p.m.

At approximately 4:20 p.m., Deputies along with the Rochelle Police Department, Illinois State Police, Rochelle Fire/EMS, and Creston Fire/EMS responded to the area of IL Route 38 and Mulford Road for a two vehicle head on collision.  After further investigation it was discovered that a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Ariadna Calderon, 18 of Rochelle, had lost control while traveling eastbound and entered into oncoming traffic, colliding with a Nissan Rogue.  The Nissan was occupied by Ignacio Constellanos (34), Rosa Contreras-Garcia (37), and Tania Contreras-Garcia (30), all from Rochelle.  All four subjects were transported to Rochelle Community Hospital by Rochelle EMS to be evaluated for injuries.  Calderon received citations for failure to reduce speed and improper lane usage.

Feb. 11

The following people were for Ogle County Outstanding warrants:
Christopher Jamieson, 39, of Oregon for Parole Violation. Jamieson had a bond of $3,000/10 percent. Jamieson did post the bond of $3,000/10 percent. Jamieson will return to court on 03/01/19 at 9 a.m. 

Dionne Bakalik, 43, of Mount Morris for Failure to Appear. Bakalik had a bond of $259.84. Bakalik did post the bond of $259.84 and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Bakalik does not have to return to court.

Feb. 9

The following people were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:

Zachary Popp, 24 of Mt. Morris, for Failure to Appear. Popp has a bond of $11,298.59 full cash and will appear in court on 02/11/19 at 1 p.m.

Gerardo Contreras, 24 of Rochelle, for Motion to Increase Bond. Contreras has a bond of $10,000/10 percent and will appear in court on 02/11/19 at 1 p.m.

Feb. 8

The at approximately 4:42 p.m., Deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 15000 block of West Illinois Rt 64. After further investigation Ulysses Parker, 25 of Rock Falls was placed under arrest for No Valid Driver's License. Parker was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.

Feb. 7

The following people were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:

Kristine Cudak, 32 of Ashton, for Failure To Appear. Cudak has a full cash bond of $251 and will appear in court on 02/08/19 at 1 p.m.

Jay Moore, 44 of Rockford, for Failure To Appear. Moore has a full cash bond of $1000 and will appear in court on 02/08/19 at 1 p.m.

Brandon Dewade, 28 of Dixon, for Failure To Appear. Dewade has a full cash bond of $231 and will appear in court on 02/08/19 at 1 p.m.

Daniel Baker, a0 of Mt. Morris, for Deer Hunting Permit Violation. Baker has a full cash bond of $2000 and will appear in court on 02/08/19 at 1 p.m.

Feb. 6

The following people were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:

Jose Barraza, 21 of Ashton, for Driving While License Suspended. Barraza has a bond of $3,000/10 percent and will appear in court on 02/07/19 at 1 p.m.

Kathleen Garcia, 57 of Oregon, for Unlawful Possession Medical Cannabis / Deliver. Garcia has a bond of $3,000/10 percent and will appear in court on 02/07/19 at 1 p.m.

Dylan Holland, 20 of Ottowa, for Theft. Holland has a bond of $5,000/10percent and will appear in court on 02/07/19 at 1 p.m.

Feb. 5

Brandon Blackman, 33 of Rockford, was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for Driving While License Suspended. Blackman was unable to post the bond of $3,000/10 percent and remains in the Ogle County Jail. Blackman will appear in court on 02/06/19 at 1 p.m. 

Feb. 4

Lawrence Williams, 32 of Chicago, was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for Driving 15-20 mph Over the Limit. Williams posted the $1,500/10 percent bond and was released with a court date of 03/01/19 at 9 a.m. 

At approximately 9:44 a.m, Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 5600 block of South Chana Road. After investigation, Deputies placed Teresa Ortiz, 48 of Ashton, under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Ortiz was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
