The following people were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding Warrants:

Mason J. Wolter, 20, of Chana for Failure to Appear warrant. Wolter had a bond of $375. Wolter posted the $375 and was released from the Ogle County Jail.

The following people were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding Warrants:

Mason J. Wolter, 20, of Chana for Failure to Appear warrant. Wolter had a bond of $375. Wolter posted the $375 and was released from the Ogle County Jail.

24, of Rochelle for Failure to Appear. Montelongo had a bond of $432, and the judge reduced his bond to $75. Montelongo was able to post the $75 and was released from the Ogle County jail.

Sept. 5

At approximately 10:11 a.m. Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies performed a traffic stop at the intersection of IL Rte. 2 and Pines Road.  After investigation, Deputies placed Davionne Hardnett, 25 of Rockford under arrest for Driving While License Suspended.  Hardnett was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.   

Sept. 4

Ogle County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to Sledgehammers Pub at 1450 North IL Rte 2 for a noise complaint of loud music. After a brief investigation, Ogle County Sheriff Deputies arrested Pub manager Justin Coltrain for Disorderly Conduct. Coltrain was released on an I-Bond and will appear in court at a later date.

At 11:02 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the 12,000 block of E. Route 64 in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the offending vehicle at Grubsteakers. After an investigation, Deputies arrested Richard D'Onofrio, 61 of Monroe Center for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Improper Lane Usage, and Improper Transportation of Alcohol. 

At 6:36 p.m., The Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies were called to investigate a report of damage to vehicle at 5426 S. Skare Rd. After an investigation, Tiana Dodson, 31 of Rochelle, was arrested for Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol. Dodson was transport to the Rochelle Police Department, and released on a $3,000 I-Bond.

Sept. 3

At 8 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Rte. 64 and Woodlawn road.  After a short investigation, Deputies arrested Alfredo Mendosa, 32 of Dekalb, for No Valid Driver's License.  Mendosa was released on a Notice to Appear and will appear in court at a later date.

William Smalley, 49, of Rockford was arrested for Failure to Appear. Smalley has a bond of $1562 and will go to court on 09/03/2020 at 1 p.m. Smalley remains in the Ogle County Jail.

Sept. 2

The following people were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding Warrants

Hayden J. Morris ,19, of Rockford for Speeding 26-34 miles per hour over limit. Morris had a $3000/10% bond. Morris did post the $3000/10% and was released from the Ogle County Jail. Morris will return to court on 09/23/20 at 9:00am.

Reginald C. Davis, 40, of Chicago for Failure to Appear. Davis had a bond of $171 and he did post the bond. Davis was released from the Ogle County jail with no further court date needed.

At approximately 6:19 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to 7506 S. Lost Nation Rd for a report of a disturbance with shots fired. After an investigation, Scott R. Levan,  48 of Dixon, was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Criminal Damage to Property, and Violation of the FOID Card Act. Levan was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released to Correctional Staff and held in lieu of bond. The Lee County Sheriff's Office also assisted with the investigation.

Sept. 1

At approximately 8:15 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Illinois Rte 251. After a brief investigation, Deputies arrested Sierra Tongue, 23 of Franklin Grove, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis. Tongue was also issued a citation for an equipment violation. Tongue was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was released to Correctional Staff and held in lieu of bond.

Aug. 30

After a brief investigation, Ogle County Sheriff Deputies arrested Pub manager Melissa Wall for Disorderly Conduct. Wall was released on an I-Bond and will appear in court at a later date.

Aug. 29

After a brief investigation, Ogle County Sheriff Deputies arrested Pub manager Melissa Wall for Disorderly Conduct. Wall was released on an I-Bond and will appear in court at a later date.

Aug. 28

Ogle County Sheriff Deputies arrested Erika Senatre, 29 of Rockford, for Driving While License Suspended. Senatre was arrested by Ogle County Sheriff Deputies on Hwy 251 after being stopped for speeding. Senatre was released on a I-Bond and will appear in court at a later date.

The following individuals were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants.

Stacey Bielema was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Bielema has a full cash bond of $1,672.77 and will appear in court on 08/31/20 at 1 p.m.

Trisha Dempewolf was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Dempewolf has a full cash bond of $4,124.00 and will appear in court on 08/31/20 at 1 p.m.

Aug. 27

James Phillips, age 33 of Sterling, was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Phillips has a full cash bond of $7,139 and will appear in court on 08/28/20 at 1 p.m.

Aug. 26

At 9:54 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of S. 7th Street in Rochelle for an equipment violation. After a brief investigation, Israel Nava, 26 of Rochelle was charged with Improper Cannabis Container. Nava was released from scene with a Notice to Appear in Court.

 

At 6:23 p.m. Ogle County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a black Ford Fusion on I39 and Ritchie Road for Speeding. After a short investigation Deputies arrested Xavier Davison, 27 of Chicago, for Driving While License Revoked. Davison was transferred to the Ogle County Jail.
