OREGON — On Nov. 27 at approximately 11:43 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Milledgeville Road and Wilson Mill Road. After further investigation David Bergeson, 41, of Polo, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended and an outstanding Lee County warrant. Bergeson was also cited for suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bergeson was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where he was held in lieu of bond on the Lee County warrant. Bergeson was released on a notice to appear on all Ogle County charges.
On Nov. 30 at approximately 9:46 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 103 southbound. After further investigation, deputies arrested Daniel Gonzalez-Castillo, 42, of Mexico, for no driver's license. Daniel was released on a notice to appear with a future court date given.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
