Carreno, 35, Oregon, a $1000.00 recognizance bond and given a future court date for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge.

At 9:49 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of Madison and South 9th Streets involving a 2002 Chevrolet driven by Dennis L. Rosenbalm, 67, of Evansville, IN, and a 2000 Jeep driven by Heather M. Phillips, 26, Oregon. Rosenbalm was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device.

At 10:41 a.m., Oregon Police issued Allison C. Dillon, 34, Loves Park, a $1000.00 recognizance bond and given a future court date for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a no insurance citation.
