At 12:27 a.m., Oregon Police issued Rachel A. Burdette, 38, Rockton, citations for no valid registration and no valid driver’s license. A passenger in Burdette’s vehicle, Carrie R. Troha, 37, Oregon, was also issued a citation for illegal transportation of alcohol as a passenger. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 3rd Street.
At 1:29 a.m., Oregon Police arrest Ashley N. Borgen, 23, Byron, on an Ogle County warrant for a probation violation on a marijuana charge. Borgen was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 9:45 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of N. 3rd and Washington Streets involving a 2005 Chevrolet driven by Brett R. Burke, 45, Oregon, and a 2012 Buick driven by Jodi R. Henley, 56, Byron. Burke was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device.
At 7:06 p.m., Oregon Police issued Kevin M. Heath, 25, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 200 block of S. 4th Street.
At 7:40 p.m., Oregon Police issued Austin D. Schroder, 19, Oregon, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of 10th and Madison Streets.
At 8:42 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of McDonald’s, located at 211 S. 4th Street, resulting in the arrest of Colleen A. Quinn, 26, Rockford. Quinn was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 10:19 p.m., Oregon Police issued Pattric W. Boden, 25, Sterling, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 400 block of Adams Street.
Feb. 17
At 1:06 a.m., Oregon Police issued Zachary J. Berna, 24, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 200 block of S. IL Route 2.

At 6:12 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of N. 7th Street resulting in taking one 16-year-old male juvenile of Oregon into limited custody for domestic battery. The juvenile was released into a parent’s custody with a referral to the State’s Attorney being forwarded.
At 9:09 p.m., Oregon Police issued Brianna L. Bendis, 25, Mt. Morris, citations for no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 1200 block of W. Washington Street.
Feb. 19
At 5:30 p.m., Oregon Police issued a city citation to Jeffrey Milburn, 43, Byron, for violating the removal of snow from sidewalks in the commercial district ordinance, Sec. 32-35. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 7:53 p.m., Oregon Police issued Richard E. Jacobson, Jr., 61, Oregon, citations for no tail lights on trailer and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 1200 block of W. Washington Street.
Feb. 22
At 7:42 p.m., Oregon Police issued Amaria D.F. Davison-Neace, 18, Rockford, citations for speeding, 46 mph in a 30 mph zone, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 700 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:44 p.m., Oregon Police issued Tahwnee B. Spencer, 27, Rock Falls, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 9:50 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Samantha L. Brown, 30, Polo, for an outstanding Lee County warrant for failure to appear, driving while license suspended, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Brown was issued a civil citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and issued IL state traffic citations for illegal transportation of alcohol as a driver and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Brown was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
