At 6:44 a.m., Oregon Police issued Talitha D. Stivers, 29, Byron, a citation for speeding, 44mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of North 4th Street.
At 7:51 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Damonte D. Nichols, 23, Chicago, for theft over $500. Nichols was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred at 601 Gale Street, the Kunes Country dealership.

At 9:30 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 500 block of Jefferson Street involving a 2000 Ford driven by Sharon A. Heather,19, Polo, and a parked 2008 Nissan belonging to Mitchell A. Atkinson 64, Dixon. Heather was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
At 11:13 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot of Casey’s gas station, 901 W Washington Street, involving a 2019 Chevrolet driven by Kerry D. Enlow, 58, of Franklin Grove, and a 1999 Toyota driven by Jessica M. Stocks, 38, of Chadwick, IL. No citations were issued.
At 12:26 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Michele L. Greve, 39, Oregon, on an outstanding Rockford Police Department warrant for failure to appear on a felony possession of controlled substance. Greve was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 1:51 p.m., Oregon Police took a one-vehicle traffic crash report involving a 2014 Chevrolet driven by Merle A. Prascak, 41, Oregon, struck a concrete barrier in the 1100 block of Bennett Drive. No citations were issued.

At 3:03 p.m., Oregon Police issued Caleb A. Bailey-Hadaway, 16, Oregon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 1200 block of Jefferson Street.
At 3:21 p.m., Oregon Police issued Adrienne N. Schoeffel, 23, Oregon, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 600 block of Clay Street.
At 4:16 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the drive-through area of the McDonald’s restaurant, 211 S. 4th Street, involving a 2017 Chevrolet driven by Irene M. Rentner, age 85, Oregon, and a 2016 Chrysler driven by Brenda C. Holm, 56, Oregon. No citations were issued.

At 7 a.m., Oregon Police issued Mark E. Giacalone, 44, of Spring Valley, IL, a citation for speeding, 45mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. Daysville Road.
At 6:09 p.m., Oregon Police issued Rebecca A. Conkling, 21, Rockford, a citation for speeding, 50mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 11:25 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Neil A. Carreno, 18, Leaf River, for an Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a domestic battery charge. Carreno was transported to the Ogle County jail.
