At 12:11 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Sheilah R. Dye, 46, Oregon, on four outstanding warrants, one Ogle County warrant for driving while license suspended; one Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge; one Winnebago County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge; and one Stephenson County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended. Dye was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 400 block of W. Washington Street.
At 8:03 a.m., Oregon Police issued Amber S. Drumheller, 31, Oregon, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 3:47 p.m., Oregon Police issued John J. Spinelli, 36, Dixon, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred at the intersection of 2nd and W. Washington Streets.
At 7:20 p.m., Oregon Police issued Sharod O. Horton, 35, Rockford, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 8:49 p.m., Oregon Police issued William H. Kirk, Jr., 61, Oregon, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
June 11
At 9:09 a.m., Oregon Police issued Luisa Morell-Engelkes, 41, Rock Falls, citations for use of a cell phone while driving and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 3:00 p.m., Oregon Police issued Carlene E. Easley, 54, Davenport, IA, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of 6th and Adams Streets.
At 3:21 p.m., Oregon Police issued Bonnie G. Mueller, 76, Oregon, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of 7th and Adams Streets.
At 8 p.m., Oregon Police issued Braden A. McCoy, 23, of Sandspring, OK, citations for operating a vehicle with an expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 9:15 p.m., Oregon Police arrested John W. Simmons, 41, of Marseilles, IL, for driving while suspended. Simmons was also issued citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol as a driver. Simmons were transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 200 block of N. Hastings Ave.
June 12
At 1:44 p.m., Oregon Police took one 16-year-old male juvenile of Oregon into limited custody for the offense of battery. The juvenile was released into a guardian’s care with referral to the State’s Attorney’s Office
June 13
At 4:10 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Nicole D. LaPage, 27, Oregon, for aggravated battery. LaPage also had two outstanding Kane County warrants for aggravated battery and driving under the influence. LaPage was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 10:47 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of S. 7th and Webster Streets involving a 2015 Nissan driven by Ellen M. Scherger, 71, and a 2008 Ford driven by Alfred S. Roberts, 91, Byron. Scherger was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
June 14
At 3 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot of the Ogle County Administration Building located at 202 S. 1st Street involving a 2016 Dodge driven by Christopher R. Thiel, 42, Oregon, and a parked 2018 Ford owned by Devin J. Miller, 29, of Springfield, IL. No citations were issued.
At 7:21 p.m., Oregon Police issued Juan Manuel Cruz-Medina, 30, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 600 block of Gale Street.
June 15
At 10:58 a.m., Oregon Police issued Kathy B. Green, 66, Mt. Morris, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of Monroe and Mix Streets.
At 2:39 p.m., Oregon Police issued Hope L. Roop, 32, Oregon, a citation for unlawful window tint. This violation occurred in the 100 block of E. Washington Street.
At 3:04 p.m., Oregon Police issued Cameron D. Beard, 27, Rockford, a citation for operation of a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 400 block of Gale Street.
At 6:16 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Kimberly A. Coulter, 37, Sycamore, for no valid driver’s license. Coulter was also issued citations for use of a cell phone while driving and operating a vehicle with an expired registration. Coulter was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 9:05 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Randy W. Reinhold, 27, Oregon, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Reinhold was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 9:38 p.m., Oregon Police issued Kalen M. Kerber, 29, Sterling, a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
June 16
At 3:19 p.m., Oregon Police issued Peter T. Vargulich, Jr., 59, St. Charles, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 1300 block of Pines Road.
At 3:39 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot of Snyder Pharmacy located at 201 N. 4th Street involving Richard F. Bird, 73, Oregon, and a parked vehicle belonging to Heather M. Wight, 46, Oregon. No citations were issued.
At 7:17 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Christopher T. Seaworth, 46, Mt. Morris, for driving while license suspended. Seaworth was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Seaworth was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
