At 7:05 p.m., Oregon Police issued Johnathan D. Stanfield, 30, of Princeton, IL, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 600 block of S. 4th Street.
At 10:35 p.m., Oregon Police issued Billie R. Windham, 41, Oregon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 400 block of Jefferson Street.

At 7:26 p.m., Oregon Police issued Lindsey N. Ingersoll, 29, Mt. Morris, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 900 block of W. Washington Street.
August 1
At 12:19 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash at 100 N. Jones Terrace involving a 2019 Mitsubishi driven by Maydell M. Lessen, 75, Mt. Morris, and a parked 2016 Ford belonging to the Rock River Center in Oregon, IL. No citations were issued.
August 2
At 1:15 p.m., Oregon Police issued Christian R. Kettwich, 25, Oregon, a city citation for violating the city code regarding home occupation. This violation occurred in the 1000 block of S. 4th Street.
August 3
At 8:03 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Courtney L. Nielsen, 19, Dixon, on an outstanding Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a methamphetamine charge. Nielsen was also issued citations for operating a vehicle with no registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. These violations occurred in the 700 block of W. Washington Street.
At 9:40 p.m., Oregon Police issued Kimberly L. Jackson, 58, Oregon, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 10:08 p.m., Oregon Police issued Zachary L. Greer, 20, of Deer Grove, IL, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets.
August 4
At 5 p.m., Oregon Police investigated a two-vehicle traffic crash in the 900 block of S. 3rd Street involving 2008 Chevrolet driven by Ansaya J. Richardson, 18, Oregon, and a parked 2011 Honda owned by Susan L. Coine, 58, Oregon. No citations were issued.

August 7
At 3:44 p.m., Oregon Police issued Jessica R. Pendleton, 32, Oregon, a citation for use of a cell phone while driving. This violation occurred in the 400 block of W. Washington Street.
At 6:54 p.m., Oregon Police issued Brittany L. Zell, 33, Oregon, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred at the intersection of River Road and West Washington Street.
At 7:12 p.m., Oregon Police issued Robert E. Doonan, 37, Mt. Morris, citations for use of a cell phone while driving and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 6th Street.
Aug. 8
At 10:55 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Nova A. Tilson, 20, Rockford, for driving while license suspended. Tilson was also issued a citation for improper lane usage. Tilson was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 500 block of Oregon Trail Road.
Aug. 9
At 11:15 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Jennifer M. Harrolle, 29, Mt. Morris, for driving while license suspended. Harrolle was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A passenger in Harrolle’s vehicle, Chet L. Harrolle, 36, Mt. Morris, was issued a citation for illegal transportation of alcohol as a passenger. Jennifer M. Harrolle was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 300 block of Monroe Street.
Aug. 10
At 12:21 a.m., Oregon Police took one 17-year-old male juvenile from Iowa, and one 16-year-old male juvenile from Iowa, into limited custody for possessing vape devices, violating the curfew ordinance, and violating the park district ordinance of being in a park after closing hours. The vape devices were confiscated, and the juveniles were transported and released into a guardian’s custody. These violations occurred in the 200 block of N. River Road, Oregon Park East.
At 1:09 a.m., Oregon Police issued Jennifer A. Coine, 23, Oregon, and Ricky E. Moore, age 42, Steward, city citations for violating the park district ordinance of being in the park after closing hours. This violation occurred in the 700 block of Clay Street, Carnation Park.
At 9:59 a.m., Oregon Police took a report of a hit and run where a parked 2017 Ford truck owned by Bradley J. Nordman, 25, Oregon, was struck by an unknown vehicle at some time between 9:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on the 8/9/19, while parked in the 100 block of North Etnyre Ave. Anyone having any information regarding this incident, please contact the Oregon Police Department at 815-732-2162.
