At 8:37 p.m., Oregon Police issued Jasmine M. Long, 19, Oregon, a citation for speeding, 42 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 500 block of N. 4th Street.

At 3:01 p.m., Oregon Police issued Stephanie L. Carr, 60, of Creston, IL, a citation for speeding, 38mph in a 20mph zone. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 14th Street.
At 4:48 p.m., Oregon Police issued Jason L. Marcoux, 38, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 300 block of S. 4th Street.
At 6:52 p.m., Oregon Police issued Salvador Estrada, 47, Sterling, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 600 block of Gale Street.
At 8:55 p.m., Oregon Police issued Abigail M. Hopkins, 17, Mt. Morris, a citation for speeding, 38 mph in a 20 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 200 block of N. 14th Street.
Dec. 6
At 2:22 p.m., Oregon Police responded to the Oregon High School and took one male juvenile, 15, Oregon, into limited custody for the offense of possession of an electronic smoking device. The juvenile was released back into the school district’s custody. Parental notification was made and the report was referred to the State’s Attorney/Juvenile Probation’s office for review.
At 7:48 p.m., Oregon Police issued Andrea D. Arwood, 29, Rockford, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
At 8:32 p.m., Oregon Police issued Keshon M. Reed, 16, Mt. Morris, a citation for speeding, 36 mph in a 20 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 200 block of N. 14th Street.
Dec. 8
At 7:50 a.m., Oregon Police issued Melissa A. Dotson, 47, of Marengo, IL, a citation for improper lane usage. This violation occurred at the 4th and Washington Streets intersection.
At 11:15 a.m., Oregon Police issued Danny L. Rosenbalm, 40, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of W. Washington Street.
At 9:21 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Nimrod D. Hilliard, 32, Belvidere, for driving while license suspended. Hilliard was also issued a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a civil citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Hilliard was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.
At 10:05 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 700 block of S. 2nd Street resulting in the arrest of Ricky S. Porter, 48, Oregon, for domestic battery. Porter was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Dec. 9
At 9:03 p.m., Oregon Police issued Joyous T. Mathews, 21, Rockford, a citation for speeding, 51mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 500 block of N. 4th Street.
