At 5:07 p.m., Oregon Police issued Patricia K. Dusenbury-Crumley, 58, Polo, a citation for operating a vehicle with an expired registration. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 7:16 p.m., Oregon Police issued Amanda N. Newby, 30, Mt. Morris, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 1200 block of W. Washington Street.
Oct. 7
At 8:38 p.m., I was dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of S. 2nd Street resulting in the arrest of Nikolas J. Barnhart, 24, Oregon, for assault. Barnhart was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Oct. 8
At 11:59 p.m., Oregon Police issued Mijo Boras, 82, of Des Plaines, IL, a citation for no valid driver’s license. This violation occurred in the 1000 W. Washington Street.
Oct. 9
At 7:01 a.m., Oregon Police issued Michael A. Abell, 29, Dixon, a citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. This violation occurred in the 100 block of River Road.
At 1:01 p.m., Oregon Police issued James D. Weems, 41, Polo, a citation for failure to wear a seat belt as a driver. This violation occurred in the 200 block of S. 4th Street.
At 9:29 p.m., Oregon Police issued Joshua M. Deuth, 30, Oregon, a citation for speeding, 48mph in a 30mph zone. This violation occurred in the 400 block of S. 4th Street.
At 11:25 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Ababele J. Mialano, 20, of Milwaukee, WI, for no valid driver’s license. Mialano was also issued citations for speeding, 40mph in a 30mph zone, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Mialano was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 300 block of S. 4th Street.

Oct. 13
At 8:15 p.m., Oregon Police arrested James L. Jaskiewicz, 51, Mt. Morris, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic offense. Jaskiewicz was transported to the Ogle County jail.
Oct. 14
At 8:23 a.m., Oregon Police investigated a 3-car traffic crash in the parking lot of Casey’s General Store located at 901 W. Washington Street involving a 2011 Toyota driven by Theodore H. Gann, 80, Oregon, a parked 2005 Mac Lander Trailer belonging to Robert P. Trenholm, 63, Oregon, and a parked 2016 Freightliner tractor belonging to Great Lakes Coca Cola out of St. Charles. No citations were issued.
Oct. 15
At 7:30 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Tony B. Tieman, 62, Oregon, for disorderly conduct that had occurred earlier in the day in the 100 block of N. 4th Street. Tieman was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 10:18 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Christopher N. McCanse, a44, Freeport, for driving while license suspended and improper container as a driver. McCanse was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 400 block of N. 4th Street.
