At 3:05 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a one vehicle traffic crash at the intersection of W. Washington and 6th Streets where a limb from a tree fell on a 2019 Honda driven by Todd R. Bourdage, 53, of Geneva, IL. No citations were issued.
July 12
At 7:23 p.m., Oregon Police responded to a complaint at Oregon Super Value, 204 N. 4th Street, resulting in the arrest Haylie Stier, 29, Oregon, for criminal trespass to property. Stier was transported to the Ogle County jail.
July 14
At 10:57 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a complaint call at 310 Lover’s Lane, resulting in the arrest of Brody J. Stone, 21, of Arvada, CO, for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Timothy J. Parker, 39, Rock Falls, was also arrested for a Lee County warrant for failure to appear. Both Stone and Parker were transported to the Ogle County jail.
July 15
At 5:46 p.m., Oregon Police arrested Isaac W. Morningstar, 20, Loves Park, for no valid driver’s license. Morningstar was also issued a citation for speeding, 44v mph in a 30 mph zone. Morningstar was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 10:58 p.m., Oregon Police issued Dawn J. Harrison, 57, Dixon, a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. This violation occurred in the 100 block of N. 4th Street.
July 16
At 2:56 a.m., Oregon Police responded to a disturbance call in the 200 block of W. Washington Street resulting in the arrest of Joseph W. Miller, 40, Oregon, on an outstanding Freeport warrant for deceptive practice. Miller was transported to the Ogle County jail.
At 4:56 a.m., Oregon Police issued Allison B. Fagerman, 46, Sterling, a citation for speeding, 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
At 5:25 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Ernesto J. Villalobos, 46, of Milwaukee, WI, for no valid driver’s license. Villalobos was transported to the Ogle County jail. This violation occurred in the 600 block of N. 4th Street.
July 17
At 12:03 a.m., Oregon Police arrested Jonathon D. Holland, 38, Byron, for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Holland was also issued citations for speeding, 56 mph in a 40 mph zone, illegal transportation of alcohol as a driver, and possession of an improper container of cannabis as a driver. Holland was transported to the Ogle County jail. These violations occurred in the 100 block of E. Washington Street.
At 12:26 p.m., Oregon Police arrested James S. Clevenger, III, 58, Sterling, on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for a sex offense. Clevenger was transported to the Ogle County jail.
July 18
At 12:27 p.m., Oregon Police issued Kunal N. Patel, 37, Rockford, a citation for speeding, 55 mph in a 30 mph zone. This violation occurred in the 200 block of N. Daysville Road.
