OREGON – Culinary Kids with Ms. Teresa is a one-day class for ages 6-9. Let your little gourmet join Ms. Teresa for a fun culinary experience each month at the Oregon Park District.
The class is designed to introduce each participant to the basics of the kitchen in a creative environment. Delicious creations will be created in class and brought home. Recipes will change each month, but will always include a main dish, side and dessert. Cost includes one meal large enough to feed a family of 4.
Two children can work on the same meal for the family. All you need to do is preheat the oven, sit back and relax. Recipes will be shared at the end of each class. Cost is $25/Resident and $30/Non-Resident.
Classes will be held on:
Sept. 13 from 3:30-5p.m. Registration deadline is Sept. 6. Main dish will be French Bread Pizza.
Oct. 11 from 3:30-5p.m. Registration deadline is Oct. 4. Main dish will be Backed Chicken Tenders.
Nov. 8 from 3:30-5p.m. Registration deadline is Nov. 1. Main dish will be Baked Meatballs.
Dec. 13 from 3:30-5p.m. Registration deadline is Dec. 6 Main dish will be Ham and Cheese Sliders.
