OREGON – Adam J. Leather, age 29, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020. He was born Jan. 17, 1991 in Dixon, the son to Veronica Lawrence.
Adam graduated from Sterling High School in 2009. He loved to work on cars and was an auto technician; he also was currently working at the Mexican Cheese Producers, Inc. in Darlington, Wisconsin. n his spare time Adam loved to ride his motorcycle, go fishing, and listen to music. He liked to tell jokes and was known as a prankster. Most of all he loved being with his family and friends.
Adam was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Tom and Kathy Seaworth, maternal great grandparents Orval and Kathryn Seaworth and Francis Symons.
He is survived by his mother Veronica “Vicki” Seaworth-Lawrence (Bill Buss) of Shullsburg, Wisconsin, brother Matthew Leather of Oregon, aunt Ann Seaworth of Rock Falls, uncle Chris Seaworth of Mt. Morris, extended family members Spenser, Cody, Tanner, and Cooper Buss, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A private family service will take place at a later date. A memorial fund is established for the Illinois Alaskan Malamute Rescue Association, 200 East Evergreen, # 123 in Mt.
