ROCKFORD – Dale A. Pool, age 70, of Rockford and formerly of Adeline, IL passed away peacefully Wednesday May 8, 2024. Born in Rockford on August 21, 1953 to Charles & Nona Pool Sr. (Comstock). An avid sports fan, Dale truly loved rooting for the Greenbay Packers and St. Louis Cardinals. Beloved father, grandfather and dear friend, he will remain forever in our hearts.
He is survived by daughters, Brandy Lynn (Casey) Jones and Becky (Keith) Feltz; granddaughters, Ande (Eli) Dickey, Miriya Jones and Trinity & Kamryn Feltz; great grandchildren, Declan, Delanie and Kallahan; siblings, Charles Pool Jr. Joe (Susan) Pool, Wanda (John) Robertson, Glenda Cooper, Marie (late David) Felts and Patricia Ricov; as well as numerous nieces & nephews; and many dear friends. He is predeceased by his great grandson, Killian Dickey; siblings, Melody Pool, Charles Franklin McDowell and Dana McDowell; and his parents.
Celebration of Life held Monday May 13, 2024 from 4 -7 pm at the Christenson Funeral Home, 925, 3rd Ave., Rockford. Cremation rites accorded. Memorials to the family.
