OREGON – The Oregon Park District has been offering a variety of free programs this summer with many of them taking place at the newest park called The Reading Nook.
This cute little space has a Free Little Library, tables, pergola and a newly installed playground geared towards ages 2-5.
The Art In The Park free programs are sponsored by E.D. Etnyre & Co. With their presenting sponsorship, the Park District has been offering a variety of fun programs such as the Creating with Clay experience.
Watch for more fun Art in the Park days at The Reading Nook in July. Activities will include making an instrument on July 11, a Christmas in July craft on July 18 and salt painting on July 25.
