Rachel M. Otten, 41, of East Moline, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, at home.
A hospitality gathering is 3 to 4 p.m., Friday, Feb. 4, in CityView Celebrations on the lower level at Trimble Pointe, Moline, with a service at 4 p.m. Cremation will take place, and burial will be in Payne’s Point Cemetery, Oregon.
Rachel was born Dec. 1, 1980, to Patsy Otten, and graduated from Polo High School. She loved kids, music and being outside.
Rachel is survived by a daughter, Brianna Griebel; foster mother, Connie Mummert, and aunt, Karen Otten.
